Kenyan Furnished Rentals (KFR) – pronounced “KAY-FAR” – pioneers a boutique model of medical housing in Denver & Lakewood: safe, restorative, fully furnished homes for patients, caregivers, and families in medical transition.

We prepare calm, restorative homes where patients, caregivers, and families can rest, recover, and reconnect. Kenyan Furnished Rentals LLC is pioneering three programs as part of our initiative: the Boutique Medical Housing Program, the Healing Stays Program, and Free Lunch & Learns for hospital partners.
Our approach is rooted in service, professionalism, and the belief that kindness paid forward creates impact far beyond a single stay.
All suites are located in small multifamily micro-communities near the largest medical facilities in the Denver Metro, offering quiet privacy and respectful connection. Pet-friendly options (approved cats/dogs) are available.
